Vollie Pro Program: Affiliate Commission Terms & Conditions

    1. Introduction

By signing up as an affiliate and participating in our Vollie Pro Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions. This agreement constitutes a legal contract between you ("Affiliate") and Vollie. Refersion is solely a platform provider and is not a party to this agreement.

    2. Eligibility

To join our affiliate program, you must:

    • Be at least 18 years of age.
    • Operate a website, social media account, or another marketing channel that aligns with our brand values.
    • Be a licensed stylist with an active Cosmetology License and a valid Driver's License.
    • Renew your participation in the program upon expiration of your Cosmetology License.
    • Not promote content that is offensive, discriminatory, illegal, or otherwise harmful. Vollie reserves the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at its sole discretion.

    3. Affiliate Responsibilities

    • Promotion: Affiliates are responsible for promoting our products/services using approved materials.
    • Compliance: Affiliates must adhere to all applicable laws, including FTC guidelines for endorsements.
    • Accurate Representation: Affiliates must not make false claims, use misleading promotions, or misrepresent our products/services.

    4. Commission Structure

    • Commission Rate: Stylists earn a 10% commission on all sales made through their unique referral link. The commission is based on the total sale amount, excluding taxes, shipping, and any discounts applied at checkout.
    • Lifetime Commission: Stylists will continue to earn a 10% commission on subsequent purchases made by customers who first purchased via their referral link. As long as the customer uses the same email address for future purchases, the referring stylist will receive commission on those orders.
    • Tracking Sales: Sales are tracked via a unique referral link assigned to each stylist, ensuring that purchases made through this link are credited to the referring stylist. Once a purchase is made, the customer’s email will be permanently linked to the stylist's account for continued commission on future orders.

    5. Tracking Links and Cookies

    • Tracking Links: Stylists will be provided with unique tracking links through Refersion. These links must be used for accurate sales and referral tracking.
    • Cookies: Tracking relies on cookies with a lifespan of 90 days. Sales must occur within this window to qualify for commission.

    6. Commission Payment

    • Payment Schedule: Commissions will be paid monthly via PayPal for sales made during the payment period.
    • Adjustments: If a customer returns, refunds, or cancels an order, the stylist’s commission will be adjusted accordingly. Any commissions for returned or refunded orders will be deducted from the stylist's payout.
    • Invalid Sales: Refunds, chargebacks, and fraudulent transactions are not eligible for commissions.
    • Automatic Conversion Approval: Conversions that are not actioned within 90 days will be automatically approved.

    7. Prohibited Activities

    Affiliates may not:

    • Use paid search ads, including PPC, unless explicitly approved by Vollie.
    • Use our trademarks, logos, trade names, copyrighted materials, or any other intellectual property.
    • Engage in spamming, unsolicited communication, or deceptive practices to generate sales or referrals.
    • Promote content that is offensive, discriminatory, illegal, or otherwise harmful.

    8. Intellectual Property

Affiliates may use the provided promotional materials, including logos and banners, solely for the purpose of promoting Vollie. Affiliates may not alter, modify, or create derivative works of our intellectual property without prior consent.

    9. Limitation of Liability

Vollie is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the affiliate program.

    10. Termination or Modification of Program

Vollie reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Stylist Program at any time. If the program is terminated, stylists will still receive commissions earned up until the termination date. Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with or without cause by providing written notice. Upon termination, affiliates must cease using all promotional materials and remove affiliate links from their channels. Pending commissions may be forfeited if termination is due to a breach of these terms.

    11. Governing Law

This agreement will be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction specified in the general Terms found on our website.

    12. Amendments

Vollie reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of changes via email or through their Refersion account. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
